Check-In / Check-Out: 3 PM to 10 AM

Quiet Hours 10 pm to 7 am

Adults Only: We’ve curated the Launchpoint Lodge experience for adults. To maintain that unique experience, we don’t host children under 12. 

Cancellation Policy Cancellations 2 weeks before the date of arrival are 100% refunded. Any cancellations requested within 2 weeks of check-in are non-refundable. For the total hotel takeover, a 30-day notice is required for cancellations.

Minimum Night Stay: Minimum stays are required during specific times of the year. For the total hotel takeover, there is a 2 night minimum stay.

Self-Check-In Experience: Our seamless self-check-in experience allows guests to transition from arriving to unwinding in a matter of moments. The property is outfitted with smart locks for an easy check-in process. Your unique key code is found in your check-in instructions provided the day before your scheduled arrival.  The key code will open the exterior entrances to the inn (main door, back deck, sunroom) as well as your private suite.

No Televisions: With no TVs, it’s easy to unplug and unwind during your stay. Want to catch an episode of your favorite show? Connect to our high-speed Wi-Fi with your own tablet or PC. 

No On-Site Staff: Need to speak to someone during your stay? We’re just a message away, always available virtually – like a concierge at your fingertips. Guests also have access to a customized Launchpoint Lodge digital guidebook that provides all the information needed for your stay including check-in instructions, Wi-Fi password, the best local restaurants, and tips and trips to navigate the area!! That being said, by no means does our digital approach equate to a lack of hospitality or warmth. We hope you’ll see that come through in the warm, comfortable spaces we’ve created and the autonomous, hassle-free experience our contactless approach empowers. 

Not a Big Box Hotel: The lodge is an independently owned and operated hotel. The property is a converted, historical home reimagined to create an intimate experience. It's a blend of old charm (ex-clunky radiators, original pine floors, thinner walls) with modern conveniences (ex-mini fridge in each suite, beautiful décor, stocked coffee/tea station). Consider us your cozy, stylish home while you explore the Whites. :)

No Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property to respect other guests that may have allergies.

Daily Room Housekeeping is NOT Provided. Please inquire about extended stays. The common lounge areas are tended to daily.

Extra Supplies: Guests have access to a supply closet filled with extra linens, towels, iron, and other supplies if they should need it. 

Mini Fridge / Microwave: Each suite has a mini fridge for our guest’s convenience. There is also a microwave located in the coffee lounge for guests to use.
